It feels like a long time since I last competed in Musclemania, I was going to compete in last years Musclemania World, however decided to take another year off to build more muscle development. As I am writing this article I am currently second day of my diet, and will up date you on my progress from here on in.

First of all I would like to thank every one for the support you all gave me in Miami 2003, I look forward to catching up with all of you November 19th in California.

What’s changed:

Since the last time I competed I’ve changed training partners, they are a lot stronger, more motivated and the training that I endure is a far more intensive than before. Another aspect of change for myself has been my off-season diet as where before I use to eat loads of junk food to gain mass and muscle. I know eat six days a week on plain body building foods and junk food on a Saturday.

Here are a few of my up-to-date stats

AGE: 24
HEIGHT: 6 ft 4 inch
WEIGHT: 294 lbs
ARM: 22 inch
CHEST: 60 inch
WAIST: 34 inch
THIGH: 33 inch
CALF: 20 inch
NECK: 20 inch

Training Routine:

Monday – Chest – Hammersmith bench press, Flat free weight bench press, Incline machine bench press and free decline press.

Tuesday – Back – Bent over bar bell rows, Seated t-bar rows, Cable rows medium grip, Close grip cable pull downs and wide grip hammer strength pull downs.

Wednesday – Shoulders – Smith machine shoulder press, Side lateral raises machine, single arm cable lateral, up right rows and rear deltoid.

Thursday – Quads – Leg extension, front squat and leg press narrow grip.
Hamstrings – Seated leg curl, lying leg curl and stiff leg dead lifts.
Calves – Standing calf raises, seated calf raises and reverse seated calf raise.

Friday – Biceps – Standing bar bell curl, Single arm preacher curl and Single arm concentration curl.
Triceps – Cable triceps extensions narrow grip, close grip bench press and weighted dips.

Abs trained twice a week, Saturday is a week point training day and during my on season diet I train cardio for one hour every day of the week by speed walking around my local lakeside.

When I’m not in work I enjoy spending time with my partner Vicky, driving fast cars, junk food (on my cheat day), going to the cinema and night clubbing.

Future goals: I aim to turn professional and to take natural body building to its highest level, at the moment my short term goal is to come in 14 – 16 pounds heavier, much harder and more ripped than in my last Musclemania contest.

I look forward to catching up with all the competitors I met during my last visit to Musclemania such as Matt Stirling, Jamel, Ulisses, Anthony Villacci and Loren Wiltgen, thank you all for making my stay that bit more enjoyable.

I hope the improvement I’ve made freak-out all you guys . . .

All the best, see you guys soon,
Rob Terry
