What’s up ya’ll. Back home again, recovering from the MM World’s in Anaheim. As I anticipated in my last update, the talent there was awesome. I came in 10 lbs. heavier this year than last, with good cuts and condition. Still had issues with dropping my water and my carb depletion, but that’s why we compete. To learn for the next time. The experience itself was great. I had the opportunity to train at Gold’s Gym Fullerton, which is like a dream come true for a bodybuilding fan like myself. While there, I met Milos Sarcev who spent over an hour with me, dropping his vast knowledge of contest prep on me. It was too close too the show to make the changes that he suggested, but I will be sure to utilize this information for the next show. I met many of the Musclemania competitors at the show that I respect as bodybuilders, but met many that I now respect as people as well. Guys like Anthony Vallacci, Kenny Santiago, Larry Vinnette, Caine Wendt, and my man Hassan Jama. Next, I will be competing at the South Beach show in Miami at the beginning of April, so I will not be bulking this winter. I believe that this will help my chances, as all I have to do is keep my diet the same, and try to put on a couple pounds. No need to do the stupid carb depletion thing, because I am already pretty much there. I will continue to work on improving my lagging body parts, as well as accentuating my superior ones. My aim is to be the complete package. At this point, I can guarantee an impressive package in Miami this spring. They say that you have to put your money where your mouth is, and that is exactly what I intend to do. So I bid you all farewell……. I Got Work To Do! To all the bodybuilding fans out there: stay focused, and stay true to yourself. And most of all, keep it real!

Yours Truly,
Kurt Tomlinson
