What’s up Y’all! The bad news is that summer is now over. The good news is that the fun has just begun. We are approaching the 9 week mark until the Musclemania Worlds in Cali. I have been training hard for a full year now. I sacrificed glory at the Canada’s for success at the Worlds. Right now I am sitting at just over 210 lbs., and I seem to be in pretty good shape. I’m not planning on doing anything crazy with my diet this time, as long as I look better each week, I will continue to eat. Every morning before breakfast, I do between 30 and 45 min of cardio on the stationary bike (level 8). It seems to be working well, so I plan to stay at that level until I need to. I am well aware of the good talent that I will be going up against, and I am proud to share the stage with them. But! If they think that they will be going up against the same Kurt as last year, they are wrong. I will be ten times better. I had some issues that I had to deal with from before, and now I have nothing holding me back. I plan to be much bigger and a lot harder. I have been practicing my posing, and want to be perfect. Last year I let stress ruin things for me, but I have made some good changes and am clear minded to take it to the house. I hope to be weighing in at just around the 190 lbs. mark on show day. So look out big boyz, I’m comin' for ya!

Keep It Real,

Kurt Tomlinson
