What's up Musclemania!

It has been a long time since I have update my profile, and their has been a few changes in my life. After the 2005 hurricane, I wanted to take a little time away form the gym to work on some family matters. Well, a little time developed into a lot of time. Week after week it started getting easier to miss the gym. I would workout on a Monday and not workout for two to three weeks. This process went on until I stopped working out totally.  After a year of not working out and an out of shape 40 pounds later, I decided that it was time to rekindle the flame.

So, during the second week of January was when I started to get back into the heavy weight training.  Of course I had to get through the initial couple week of soreness.  I tried to trained like I did before I took time off, and as you can image it did not go very well.  After the first three days of my cycle (chest & back, shoulder & arms, legs) I pretty much could not move.  Now everything is going as planned.  I am weighting around 260 pounds and I have put back on most of my muscle. M y strength is not back to normal on everything yet, but its coming.  I don't have any set plans for this year, but I am hoping to doing something at the end of the year.
