Hello everyone! It's been a while since I have updated my profile. I've been very busy with personal training and getting ready for the Superbody. As for my personal training business, I'm currently working with over 35 clients of all age ranges and fitness levels. I like the variety because it keeps me from getting bored.

I'm looking forward to competing in the Superbody in June as a MM Pro. I've been working hard for the last year to improve my physique and I believe I have. I plan on coming in 5 to 8 pounds heavier than last year without sacrificing any conditioning. That's the big mistake many first year pros make. They worry too much about size and forget they still need to shredded. Not gonna happen here. You can bet on it. This year I started my diet around 12 weeks out which is much longer then usual. In the past I would diet for only 6 to 10 weeks but I feel I was burning too much muscle getting down to where I needed to be. Now the diet is much easier because I don't have to drop the calories so low. It's more of a gradual process. Slow and steady wins the race. I'm currently 185lbs at 7 weeks out, bigger and harder than ever at that weight. Come contest time I should be between 173 and 175 which would be my heaviest competition weight yet.

I'll keep all of you updated on my preparation these final weeks leading up to the show. I hope this years' Musclemania Superbody is the best ever.
