Time goes by so fast and it's time to prepare for an Awesome SUPERBODY event in Miami. This will be my first competition in PRO divisions which my dream finally came true since I won the Overall title last year SUPERBODY in Miami. It's a new level for me but I'm totally focus for this coming event. Where I'm from, Indonesia, it's an honor to compete against the best NATURAL bodybuilders in the world. I've been doing lots of seminars and Guest posing in Indonesia including promoting healthy Lifestyle and to be a 100% Natural bodybuilders. We've been having more local competition here and I believe there's a lot of new young potential bodybuilders who will be very competitive in world level event in up coming years. Natural Bodybuilding has more response now in my country, cause it gives good image for the sport it self by not using Drugs as an alternative to win the show. I do hope all Musclemania shows will DO a drug test for all contestants, because that's what we really want to see, a FAIR GAME!

I've been maintaining my conditions since beginning of this year, my goal is to be at my very best for the Superbody show in June. I will come HEAVIER, HARDER, AND IMPROVED! Motivation and Consistency is the key to prepare for the show, So Guys we'll have lots of fun out there and be very ready for the new Indonesian New & Improved, Ricky Syamsuri......
