Contest Prep Continues . . . June 1st, 2005
It is currently 3.5 weeks till Musclemania Superbody. In this installment I will be updating my contest prep with some current photos.
Everything is going well to this point. I made it a priority this year to be ready early - that way I can prevent any last minute unnecessary changes. My bodyweight is holding around 210. As low as 208 lbs. first thing in the morning and as high as 212 in the evening. Considering the shape that I am in right now, I have scaled down my cardio in half, only going 4 days a week for 20 minutes each session. To reiterate from past installments, I am a big believer in high intensity 15-20 minute sessions. I find it is the best way to preserve muscle.
These photos that I have included in the installment were taken less than a week ago, in Panama City, Florida - Home of Spring Break! I was down there for a few days for some much needed R&R.
