Wow, again, been a long time and I do apologize. but there is reason to my long delay. I have been traveling a bit and have had family from FL up to visit. As well, looking to further my career so I am seeking new employment.

First let me congratulate Morris on his victory. Have to give the guy credit, man, he looks good and dieted hard to a well deserved victory. As well, the other guys looked great, so to all the competitors, CONGRATULATIONS.

Now as to my competing, I am sure that is the next question I will be asked. SOON is all I can say right now. In that I mean November or June. I will be guest posing at the Pittsburgh Kumite show which is a great time for anyone into EVERYTHING. As well, not sure, but may also be guest posing at the Atlantic in Connecticut. So I just may keep the diet going and compete. It has been long enough and I need to put to use my new knowledge and the muscle maturity you get with age. And yes, dieting, my weak point will be refined. I will for once start dieting for the show on time as well, actually DIET. Those who know me, know my VERY laxed attitude about life and it carries over in dieting. Just not in training, and it has showed from time to time. I am more focused on things in my life, giving me more focus in other areas as well.

Now, where have I been. Well I was in the Dominican Republic. what a vacation, great place. When I came back, went to the Molson Indy in Toronto. Another great place, to work a show there. Going to Vancouver to work a show, and looking forward to that. Cindy and I have been traveling and working some shows, which is a great time to meet everyone. Love putting time and effort back into the sport. I like seeing the drive in all the great new talent, and helping anyway I can. I was fortunate enough to have some great people help me and I am happy I am afforded the opportunity to return what was given to me.
