Greetings everyone!

Now that the warm weather has finally come to New York, I have been thinking about what is in store for me for the summer. Well, one thing is that I am very busy with my new personal training business in Smithtown, NY. I barely get a chance to get some free time between my training and training my clients. However, I have been having intense workouts lately. I also am currently training a girl who is extremely dedicated to fitness training. She has all ready lost 20 lbs. and is looking lean and toned. It is her first competition and I had the opportunity to help her prepare for it. I have no doubt in my mind that she will have the judges eyes.

As for my training, I am kicking up a notch. I know that summer is coming and it is time for me to get lean and ripped. I am currently doing 1 hour of cardio in the AM and a 1/2 hour of cardio in the evening. In between that, in the afternoon I am hitting the weights. My workouts are 30-45 minutes long but are intense. I always super-set my bodyparts and I find this type of training very tough since I am so used to always lifting heavy. As for the diet, I am cleaning it up and eating moderate carbs. Towards the end of the day, I don't eat any carbs and stick to protein. I find that this helps me lose weight since my body is very carb-sensitive and sodium-sensitive. I really have to diet harder than most bodybuilders due to that. But, the results are coming slowly and I am hoping that my new style of training will work. We'll have to see.

I plan on appearing at the Superbody in South Beach this June. That is a show I always enjoyed to watch as well as compete in. I am also supporting my good friend Tommy Alston, who is making his MM Pro debut. As for whether I will be a spectator or a competitor in South Beach, still remains a mystery. You all shall wait and see.

That's it for now. Feel free to e-mail me whenever you want. It definitely keeps me motivated! Remember, never stop accomplishing your dreams and keep the drive alive!
