What’s up People!
I figured id hit the people up with another
update as to I am making some new changes and improvements.
First off I want to thank people for emailing me or even taking
time to read my words. I know I enjoy reading other profiles
as well especially from fellow competitors.
Training is going real good these past months
as I am enjoying lifting heavy and feeling strong as ever.
Although I am lifting to my max I am keeping in mind to stay
warm and avoid injuries because I have bad aches in my joints.
My goal is to seek improvement in my training then following
that hopefully my body will respond with some changes as well.
I have been able to increase my bench press to 405 lb for
working sets, as well as increase my front squat to 405 for
6reps. However there are a few movements which I cannot do
due to elbow pain such as triceps extensions ; it’s
really boring to do 3 or 4 cable movements because your elbows
are too soar. Either way I will wait for the pain to leave
then ill continue back with heavy extensions.
My weight is slowly increasing and with good
quality so far I am 230 lb and very lean with lots of cuts
and definition. I really want to focus on gaining quality
because when I diet I want it to be 12 weeks rather than 16
or more. My diet now is still 5-6 meals fairly clean with
2-3 shakes. I do cheat often but I am wise about what I eat
rather than chow boxes of chocolate.
School is really tough right now but I am
managing to keep up with all the studies. I still plan out
my meals and cook them early for a long day at school. The
worst thing for me is to be in a class or lab and have no
food for hours. Right now I am just focusing on training and
school and both are really important to me. I don’t
really enjoy many activities or go out much mostly hang with
friends. It helps when your friends are studying the same
thing in school or training like you as well.
I am looking forward to watching some shows
maybe travel to see some this year to cheer on some fellow
friends. After watching all these pro shows I can’t
stop thinking about training and getting better.
That’s all I got to say for now and
good luck to everyone. Holla at me if you need any help or
have any questions.
Later people,
Hassan
