I want to start by saying that this was the best shows I have been in yet. The condition of the competitors for this show was outstanding! Year after year the quality of bodybuilders gets better and better.

I would like to congratulate Morris for his second pro victory and the rest of the pro who competed. This was a tuff class this year and I' proud to have finished 3rd in this class of guys. I had the opportunity this year to meet some new pros and make new friends and I want to say it was a pleasure meeting all of you.

As for the future, I am going to continue to work on my weak points and make improvements. I feel that I brought my best game to the Superbody and I know 3rd place may not be impressive for most people but for me I felt I was in my best shape. It just happened to be the same day Morris and Tommy brought their best and I can live with that. One of the smartest things i did was to work with an expert in bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is not just lifting heavy weights at the gym or eating a bunch of egg whites everyday, it a science. It is important to have a complete plan that includes nutrition, conditioning and supplementation and have the right amount of time to do it.

I was not making the improvements I had been hoping for and I was at a loss for ideas. I hired Brian Smith to help bring my program to the next level. He made changes to my diet to allow for me to add new muscle and keep my gains through the diet, something that has troubled me for years.  Other changes were needed in my training and cardio and I feel I made major improvements. Brian will be creating an off season training program for me to make more improvements. I feel with his help, the crown will be mine very soon!
